Gorgeous ocean view rooms, multiple dining options, well-maintained fitness center

Elevator wait times were unbearable. some were out of order!!! Poolside cabana prices are outrageous for just one hour of use!!! No chairs available at the pool during busy times created unnecessary frustration.

Our stay was fantastic with the beautiful beach access and the relaxing infinity pool. We really enjoyed the awesome drinks at the bar and the soothing massages at the spa. The only downside was the long check-in time, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. 🌞

We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at The Kids' Club, where my kids dove into fun activities while my mom relaxed by the oceanfront patio. The highlight was definitely the attentive service from the staff, especially Alizanne, who made our day even better.

My kids wished all activities at The Kids' Club were actually available as promised. It would be great if there were more options and updates on scheduled events.

We enjoyed great food and drinks, explored the beautiful beachfront, and participated in fun activities organized by Core Fitness Training. Beach beds were comfy, and the view was stunning!

Our arrival was a bit frustrating since the parking situation was confusing and we couldn't unload near the entrance. It was a trek with our luggage from the garage, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by our questions.

Family with children vacationers

The staff were very accommodating, especially Arthur at the pool, who was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. It was a relief to have such helpful people around while we tried to enjoy our time here, especially since it was our first visit and it lived up to our expectations.

The oceanfront view from the room was truly breathtaking, and the comfy beds made for a restful night. However, the property is overwhelmed with families, making dining difficult due to noise levels. Additionally, the service was lacking, with staff seeming more focused on upselling rather than attending to guests’ needs. The food was overpriced and not always up to par, especially at the poolside restaurant.

It was just a well-suited match for a two-day stay in Hollywood with all in all brilliant value for money. The beach staff was great, especially Ryan, who took care of us with friendly service. Make sure to get your cabana early if you want a spot by the pool.

The lobby's design is stunning, creating an inviting atmosphere. The pools are spacious, and the splash pad kept my children entertained for hours.
